Elle:
What made you interested in art? How did you both start?
Brunchcity:
We always loved art, we don’t know if it was something spontaneous or also our families influenced us. We btw decided to study Fine Art and knowing art from inside, and it´s at the University where we met each other. Maybe that´s the beginning of Brunchcity!
Elle:
People who love to eat are always the best people. What’s your favorite food?
Brunchcity:
We totally agree with that. We are really food lovers and it´s really difficult to choose a plate. But, acting as a team, we would say that „croquetas“ is our favorite food, as far as always we meet we go to a bar in Madrid where they have the best ones.
Elle:
Tell us something about the way of thinking and acting for your work „Brunchcity“?
Brunchcity:
Well, we try always to get the mood of each city, to understand how it should smell, what color it should have, what food should be the main character… After talking a lot about this, we begin to work on it. First of all, Be a make the illos, cut them and send everything to Andrea, where she looks for the food and complements, and the shooting begins!
Elle:
Do you both have any upcoming projects together we should know about?
Brunchcity:
We have been working in a big project that will be shown soon, but it´s still a secret! New and yummy cities will also come soon, and we always try to combine this with our personal works separately.
