What does your art mean to you?
well it is my life. I try to create and observe as much as possible… sometimes this means destroying it to inspect the points of energy and changes of matter.
What are your plans for your future ?
The future plans would be to continue to grow my client base, travel, and continue to explore the possibilities of what can be done creatively. In the last few years I have started to get into ultra-marathons. This year so far, I have completed running three 50k races, and this fall I will be running the NYC marathon. Something that has been on my mind, is the more I run, the more I would like to expand my clients to include products that I have come to appreciate in times of struggle and survival. The sneakers I depend on, the backpack I use for fuel, the futuristic materials in the clothing; It all comes together to help people perform beyond their boundaries. Therefore one of the most recent shoots was of the sneakers in water. They remind me of running in the rain through the city with bright lights in the background, and excitement in the air.
Thank you for this opportunity to express some inspiration that’s been on my mind.
